About me

I’m a digital and e-commerce professional with over 10 years of experience managing high-volume multi-touchpoint B2C e-commerce projects internationally.

I’ve started my journey as an e-commerce specialist in Avon, relocated to Poland to take Avon’s B2C Experience and Channel Manager of Central Europe assignment. In 2022, I moved to the Czech Republic and joined the Gen* team as a Campaigns Optimization Manager.

I successfully moved from one industry to another (FMCG – Retail – IT), lived in 4 countries and speak 4 languages (Russian, English, Polish, Czech).

I’m an international certified coach (Ignite Global, ICF accredited, Switzerland) and mentor in international organizations.

I’m passionate about personal development and love helping others to unlock their full potential.
